GIANT TCR Advanced SL - Rift of Azure Abyss Commercial 2025 The concept behind this paint design originates from the idea of a magnetic field—the interaction between magnetic lines and magnetic particles. In a way, it carries a Venom-like feeling. Energy particles are drawn in by a powerful force, flowing and converging from the outside inward, eventually inhabiting the bike frame itself. The result is a visual language that feels both forceful and dynamic—an exceptionally striking paint finish that, according to @giantbicycles, is also extremely challenging to execute. This project was created by the same 3D artist behind Spectrum Pulse. Kf Cho (@kf.fbx) combines his expertise in @sidefxhoudini and @touchdesigner to craft visuals with strong rhythmic tension, further enhanced by the fluid motion of the LED backdrop. This fusion of generative visuals and physical light is a creative combination I’m particularly drawn to. In terms of lighting and cinematography, Sam Lonely (@hippo_sam_lonely) chose to present the bike frame primarily as a silhouette—allowing it to act as a counterpoint to the flowing 3D visuals. This approach extends the sense of motion from the digital space into the physical world, letting light and the frame move together in harmony. For music and sound design, composer Ernie (@erniecslee) seamlessly blends technological textures with an underlying sense of surging energy. The sound tightly interlocks with the visuals, bringing image, rhythm, and momentum together to make the film feel more immersive and alive.
